A 27 year old male presented to us with defective vision in left eye since childhood. There was no history of birth trauma or forceps delivery. His best corrected visual acuity was 6/6 in right eye and 6/12 in left eye by Snellens chart. Right eye anterior segment was normal. There were two linear vertical translucent strands of membrane attached to the endothelium extending from superior limbus to inferior limbus. Iris and crystalline lens were normal. Posterior segment was normal in both the eyes. The lesion were denser than cornea in scheimflug imaging. Corneal curvature was normal in both eyes. This case report describes a unique case of congenital descemets membrane anomaly with partial duplication
