A 53 year old male was presented with a swelling on his left eye for 8 months. On examination there was a pinkish mass extending from lateral canthus to lateral limbus of left eye. Upper border of the mass was extending beyond superior fornix. left eye was proptosed and ocular motility was restricted on levoversion, levoelevation and levodepression. Neck glands were enlarged bilaterally. CT scan orbit showed left sided superolateral extraconal mass with minimal intraconal space extension causing left sided proptosis, suggestive of orbital lymphoma. FNAC of the mass showed cellular picture comprising of a monotonous population of predominantly small lymphocytes, few plasma cells and occasional immunoblasts – picture is suggestive of non hodgkins lymphoma. FNAC of the left submandibular node showed picture suggestive of lymphoproliferative lesion. After consultation with medicine and radiotherapy department patient is planned for R-CHOP chemotherapy. Patient is now under follow up.
