FP709 : Retrospective Review of Cases Presenting with Localised Superotemporal Orbital Mass From 2011-15

A total of 17 patients 9 male and 8 female patients, Age range 13 to 64 years (mean 34 years),3 patients had bilateral pathology and 14 patients had unilateral pathology with clinical presentation mass in the superotemporal quadrant of orbit ,proptosis and pain. Radiological features were well localised mass and no bone erosion or extraorbital extension.FNAC done for Cytology established the diagnosis in 5 patients 12 patients underwent orbitotomy with mass excision with pleomorphic adenoma, dermoid cyst and lymphoma were mainly found.
Parameters like demography,clinical Features,management,final diagnosis and outcome were studied.
