FP575 : The Clinical Profile and Management of A Patient with Orbital Mass

55 year female presented with insidious onset, painless, gradually progressive protrusion of left eye noticed for 1 year; O/E-V/A 6/12 RE, PL+ve; Left eye central leucomatous corneal opacity and abaxial proptosis and lateral and downward displacement of the globe in LE and ill-defined soft orbital mass palpable in orbit, raised retrobulbar resistance, limited extraocular movements, A/S-NS2, P/S-USG-WNL; RE -WNL
Histology findings :Well-circumscribed, Soft,Reddish white mass with measurements 4.5*3.5*0.8 cm and Antony A, Antony B and cystic degeneration confirming diagnosis of “Orbital Cystic Schwannoma”.
