In a small case series of 20 padeiatric cataract patients(includes single and both eyes).10 patients aged less than 1.5 years were left aphakic.other 10 patients aged from 9 months to 1.5 years were implanted actuator IOL. out of these 10 patients 4 patients were having unilateral cataract. After a follow up at the interval of 1 week, 1 month,3 month, 6month and 12 months the visual acuity and spectacle compliance was better in infants with IOL and more in unilateral cataract
