Abstract

Aim: To Identify The Effect Of Site On Visual Outcome

Materials And Method: Retrospective Study On 54 Eyes Identified The Effect Of Tear On Visual Outcome With No Posterior Segment Damage.

Result: The Incidence Of Corneal Tear Was 57.41%, Limbal Tear 11.11% And Corneo Scleral Tear 22.22%. Of 29.62% With No Posterior Segment Injury, Visual Acuity Of 6/18 Was Gained By 9.25% Mid-Peripheral Tear And 3.70% Corneal And 1.85% Peripheral Tear.

Conclusion: Along With Posterior Segment Causes, The Type And The Site Of Tear Significantly Affects The Visual Outcome.
