FP1249 : A Rare Presentation of Eales Disease

A 32 years male patient came with complaints of floaters in RE since 2 weeks.No systemic illness.History of pulmonary kochs in wife and father.BCVA in RE-6/9 and in LE-6/6.BE Anterior segment examination was normal.

On fundus examination RE-media clear,few blood clots in the vitreous,normal disc,pre retinal streak of blood with few haemorrhages superotemporal to the disc,sea fan neovascularisation temporal to the macula.No evidence of sheathing or vasculitis.LE fundus normal.

Routine investigations and FFA advised.Patient diagnosed with Eales Disease after ruling out other differential diagnosis.This case is presented for its clinical rarity.
