20 years Male patient came to us with history of DOV in L/E for last 20 days. No history of trauma. Ocular Examination: R/E—- WNL L/E: • Vision- HM+ • SLE- Dense cataractous lens with some white plaque and few hemorrhagic spot in superior part. • Fundus – Not Visible Planned for Phaco with Foldable IOL under TA with guarded prognosis. Surgery went uneventful. But there was a dense plaque & few hemorrhagic spot on the posterior capsule. It was very difficult to remove and when we tried there was a bleeding from the PC. It was managed by inserting the foldable IOL and use of intracameral Pilocarpine . Post operatively patient was doing fine and vision improved to 6/12. Discussion: There may be some Remnants of Hyaloid Artery which is causing the Posterior Capsular bleeding.
