Aims: To present the technique of repair of traumatic mydriasis, iridodialysis, subluxated cataractous lens with vitreous haemorrhage in a same patient.
Material & Methods: We included total 2 patients in our prospective observational & interventional Study. After initial thorough examination and blood investigation, we have managed surgically. We did cataract surgery first with CCC then automated vitrectomy done then CTR placed in the beg for PCIOL implantation, after that with 10-0 proline suture with straight needle, mydriasis repaired in circlage purse string manner and after tying that purse string, iridodialysis repaired with 10-0 proline. Results: Both the patients were quite and BCVA after 4 weeks 6/9, N/6. No retinal complication or ant or post uveitis.
Conclusion: By multiple procedures and this unconventional & innovative technique of mydriasis repair we can give good vision even in badly traumatised eye.
