Traumatic cataract is one of the important cause of blindness following ocular trauma either open or close globe. Aim-presenting clinical & surgical features & surgical procedure adopted in management of PEDIATRIC TRAUMATIC CATARACTS. Method-Interventional Video-based case-series from tertiary tribal eye care center showing pre-& post-operative details & surgical aspects in traumatic cataracts in Pediatric age group.Pediatric traumatic cataract presents with various morphology.There is no standard classification,investigations or treatment guidelines for it.In this video,we discuss various clinical presentation of traumatic cataract in pediatric age, surgical procedure by anterior and posterior approach as per morphology & try to reach certain guidelines which may help clinician to manage traumatic cataracts. Conclusion:Surgical approach for Pediatric traumatic cataracts requires individualized,conscious decisions regarding what to do,when to do & how to achieve best possible outcome.
