Routine investigations were within normal limit and no organism found on microbiological study. Improvement of the lesion was shown after topical steroid, tear substitutes, cycloplegic and peritomy. The case was diagnosed as a case of Mooren’s ulcer. We are presenting this case because of the younger age of the patient with unilateral presentation.
