Introduction:
Ultrasound Pachymetry(UP), a gold standard in CCT measurement is a contact method. Non-contact methods:Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT) & Non Contact Specular Microscopy(NCSM) are reproducible, simple, independent of media opacities; but expensive, need greater skill and cooperation.

Aim: To compare and correlate CCT measurements by contact & non-contact methods in patients with primary open angle Glaucoma.

Methodology:31 patients(n=62 eyes)diagnosed with POAG presenting over 18 months underwent CCT measurements by non-contact methods followed by contact pachymetry under topical anaesthesia. Average of 3 readings was taken. All 3 methods were used in 32 eyes & 2 methods in 30 eyes.

Results: Male female ratio was 17:14. Mean age was 55 years. Mean values of CCT in right and left eye, in microns, were 505 & 504.8 for OCT; 492.12 & 492.29 for NCSM and 514.68 & 514.5 for UP respectively.

Conclusion: The 3 instruments showed excellent correlation of their values, OCT measuring wiithin 10-12 microns of the other two. But the
