Dr. Rashi Sharma, S14989, Dr. (Col) Madhu Bhaduria

A young male presented to us with drooping of left upper lid since childhood. On clinical examination an ill defined mass was found in upperlid extending till lateral orbital wall. the findings were confirmed radiologically and the patient was operated for mass debulking in the upper lid. Histopathology confirmed the diagnosis of neurofibromatosis. There was no associated systemic feature associated with this pathology. The patient was again operated 6 weeks later for drooping of upperlid by tarsofrontalis sling. The patient is satisfied with the cosmesis and is doing well .
