FP1769 : Cosmetic Outcomes in Patients with Blepharophimosis Syndrome, Series of 4 Patients

Patients with diagnosed cases of blepharophimosis were treated with C-U medial canthoplasty and lateral canthoplasty for epicanthus and phimosis correction respectively in one sitting followed by frontalis sling surgery for ptosis 6 weeks later.

The functional and cosmetic results with patient satisfaction were assesed at 6 wks, 3 months, 6 months. The patient satisfaction was graded above average through questionnare performa though complete satisfaction was difficult to achieve in such cases
