Aim : To evaluate stereo acuity in pediatric patient following intervention

Method : We enrolled children prospectively having refraction, squint or cataract. We had thoroughly examined patient for anterior and posterior segment. We evaluated stereoacuiety using -titmus test. We repeated 3 months after intervention exported data in SPSS 22

Result : We enrolled 229 children with mean age 10.6+/-4.5 We found significant improvement in vision pre post intervention (p=0.000). When compared we could find significant difference in pre post intervention in stereoacuiety (p=0.000) Significant difference noted in cases of refraction and squint but did not find significant improvement in cases of cataract.

Conclusion : We can conclude that intervention improves stereoacuiety in case of refractive error and squint but we did not find improvement in case of congenital cataract
