A male child aged 20 years presented with complain of diminution of vision in right eye since childhood. Vision in right eye with correction was counting finger 1/2mt without acceptance. Vision in left eye with correction of -2 dsph was 6/6. Cornea was dumbbell shaped which made it appear to be divided into 2 parts- upper and lower. On examination, two lenses were found. One lens on the upper part and the other on the lower. On ophthalmoscopy, chorioretinal atrophic patches were found. There was no significant history of mother during pregnancyindings were confirmed by CT scan. USG and UBM findings were not significant.As the retina was not healthy and there was no scope for vision , no further management was planned .
