Any intraocular haemorrhage associated with intracerebral haemorrhage referred to as Terson Syndrome usually presenting bilaterally.Here we present a unique unilateral presentation of terson successfully treated with argon laser hyaloidotomy resulting in complete restoration of vision.A 22yr old boy presented with gradual progressive loss of vision in lefteye over a period of 2days following an RTA that occurred 10 days back.CTscan revealed left frontotemperoparietal SDH and SAH causing masseffect & midline shift to right.At the time of presentation BCVA was 6/6 in RE&6/60 in LE with near vision N6 inRE and less than N36 in LE.Fundoscopy LE revealed premacular haemorrhage of 2DD with horizontal fluid level superiorly and curved inferior line suggesting subhyaloid haemorrhage.OCT revealed intraretinal haemorrhage.After waiting for period of 2weeks for spontaneous resolution argonlaserposterior hyaloidotomy giving complete resolution of haemorrhage&full restoration of vision in 2 weeks
