A 35yr male sustained trauma to left eye while working at a construction site. On examination his VA was PR accurate, IOP was low. A corneal laceration was present at 6’O clock limbus with iris incarceration & hole in inferior part of iris, lens was subluxed inferiorly &opaque. X ray Orbit showed a radiopaque foreign body and subsequent CT film showed double perforation of left globe with foreign body impacted in the posterior part of orbit. After primary corneal repair, phaco with AC-IOL implantation was done after 1 week as there was a large primary PC rent, more than one quadrant subluxation and vitreous in AC. Fundus examination revealed vitreous haemorrhage with no evidence of RD on repeated USB. Subsequent examination after 1 month showed a fibrous scar surrounded by hemorrhage in the infero-temporal retina, near equator with no RD & normal posterior pole. VA after 6 month follow up was 20/20 with no RD.
