FP1140 : Bilateral Ocular Toxoplasmosis: A Case Report

Ocular toxoplamosis is the leading cause of infection in the posterior segment. Reporting a case of an 18 year old female presenting with diminished vision in right eye for 1 month. Fundoscopy revealed a chorioretinal scar involving fovea in Right eye (OD) and sparing fovea in the left eye (OS).
OCT showed RPE atrophy(OD) and subretinal fluid(OS) with RNFL thinning in both eyes. B-scan was done. Toxoplasma gondii IgM antibodies was positive. The case was diagnosed as Bilateral ocular toxoplasmosis and started on treatment and being followed.
