Posterior Capsule Rupture is not an uncommon complication especially with inexperienced surgeons. The common dilemma among surgeons is what to do when there is a Posterior Capsule Rupture. This course will cover the various techniques of management of PCR and various techniques of IOL implantation in the absence of proper capsular support. This will include AC IOL, Iris claw IOLs, sulcus fixated IOLs, Scler fixated IOLs, Hoffman techniques and Glued IOLs. Objective : Attendees will adapt to different techniques of IOL implantation in the presence of posterior capsular rupture.
