VT85 – CATARACT SURGERY IN MSC WITH PRE EXISTING MIGRATION OF CORTICLE FLUID DEHIND POSTERIOR CAPSULE

Sics was performed in mature cataract , after removal of nucleus it was noticed that all mily corticle fluid is migrated behind the posterior capsule [ pre existing] without any posterior capsular tear and without any zonular dialysis . there was very high positive pressure during surgery inspite of injecting i.v mannitol during surgery ,pciol was implanted . day 1 post op vision was 20/125 and 1 wk post of vision was 20/30 with average iop 14 mmhg , the mily fluid was setelled down just below the pupillary area, this video contains intra op video and post op slit lamp photo with post op video showing collection of mily fluid behind the post. capsule
