22 years old male came to alleged history of fall from tree 30 feet height and sustained injury to right eye with a large foreign body stuck into his right orbit .It was a trilobed foreign body (seed of rubber tree) .On examination a large foreign body of size 5*5 cm was stuck into his right orbit totally pushing the right globe inside .His vision in left eye was 6/6 with both anterior and posterior segment examination was within normal limitis.CT orbit with brain screening showed large radiodense FB of size 46*45mm in right orbit severly compressing right globe between the floor of orbit and maxillary sinus. Large fracture of floor and multiple fractures in roof and medial wall of orbit were noted .Left orbit was within normal limitis .Under general anaesthasia large foreign body stuck into right orbit was removed using bone chissel.Globe was found to be collapsed .Wound exploration was done. Posterior scleral tear was noted and repaired. Multiple lid lacreations were closed .
