Phacoemulsification post Penetrating Keratoplasty has always been a challenge to the treating corneal surgeon. Any intervention including cataract surgery can lead to rejection of corneal graft. Despite the advances in cataract surgery techniques there are learnings even for proficient surgeons. This video comprises of three cases ranging from a very soft cataract to a very hard cataract which developed post Keratoplasty and the challenges faced by the surgeon.There is always an opportunity to learn from mistakes and improvise upon them.
