This video highlights the importance of ray tracing aberrometry for pre-operative evaluation, treatment planning and its intra-operative applications in different lenticular conditions. Pre-operative evaluation of visual quality metrics and internal aberrations in cases of pseudomyopia, lenticular coloboma, anterior lenticonus, blue dot cataract, early cortical cataract and Intraocular lens glistening will be shown. In cases which were managed surgically, the post –operative change in visual quality and aberrations will be highlighted. Ray tracing aberrometry in an invaluable tool in decision making for surgeons and also for educating and counselling their patients.
