PURPOSE- A VIDEO DEMONSTRATING A SUTURELESS GLUELESS WAY OF IMPLANTING IOL INTRASCLERALLY WHEN POSTERIOR CAPSULE IS DEFICIENT METHOD & Results – All patients needing secondary IOL, in lack of proper posterior capsular support due to subluxation,trauma or PCR underwent specific maneuvers to fixate posterior chamber IOL without the need of suture or glue thereby reducing surgical cost. AFTER EXTENSIVE Preoperative EVALUATION Operative procedure was recorded & intraoperative complications were noted. Postoperative examination & follow up concluded that there was no intraoperative complication & we successfully implanted IOL at desired position. Postoperative complications included corneal edema (4 %), increased IOP (6 %), CME (2%), Decentration (4 %) & Dislocation (2 %), haptic tip breakage (2%) which were all managed to the level of achieving good visual recovery for the patient.
