Prevalence of blindness is high in our country rural sector is badly affected as services are scanty outreachactivities are important ways to reach them. Aim: To display various method of service deliveries used to reach unreached to provide comprehensive eye care using technology. Method: Being rural tribal are and lack of awareness we have tried various service delivery models to target poor blind who are un reachable. We have services like mobile diagnostic camps, Mobile eye clinic, School screening activities, door to door call of patients and referral networks. We try each method to reach this un reachable people. Conclusion: Complete eye examination is performed with proper documentation with this model. Conclusion: either one or more strategy is effective according to geographical area, awareness and life style of people.
