We are presenting case study of 10 cases of Graves Ophtahlmopathy, presented in our out patient department between December 2014 to December 2015. The study deals with treatment of patients with pulse steroid therapy. We have diagnosed patient based on clinical, MRI and endocrinological findings and started them on pulsed steroid therapy with methylprednisolone along with other additive antithyroid treatment as advised by endocrinologist and symptomatic treatment.
