Post Vitrectomy Glaucoma Are Very Challenging , And Some Time Difficult To Manage. Medical Treatment Some Time Become Ineffective To Control Iop. Surgical Treament In Form Of Trabeculectomy And Glaucoma Draining Device And Best To Control Iop.Purpose: To Find Out Incidence And Various Cause Of Secondary Glaucoma After V-R Surgery.
Methods : Records Of 50 Patient Were Reviewed Who Under Went V-R Surgery .Group A Patient Underwent V-R Surgeryalong With Silicon Oil And Group B Patient Under Went V-R Surgery Along With C3f8 Infusion.
Results: Incidence Of Glaucoma Is More In In Group A Patient . Group B Patient Have Raised Iop In Early Post Op Period ,But Group B Patient Have Late And Serious Side Effect In Few Cases Along With Raised Iop.
Conclusion:Incidence Of Post V-R Surgery Glaucoma Is More In Patient With Silicon Oil Infussion.
