A 32 year male patient presented to our OPD with right eye diminution of vision since 2 months. Anterior segment examination was normal. Right eye fundus examination revealed exudative retinal detachment with vascularisation and deep choroiditis involving macula. Bscan showed choriodal lesion over macula suggestive of either haemangioma or granuloma (tuberculoma).Patient gave past history of low grade fever for past 4-6 months and was advised routine investigations , USG of abdomen and Widal . USG of abdomen showed a necrotic lymphnode suggestive of abdominal Kochs. Preliminary diagnosis of tuberculosis was made. AKT was started, and lesion slowly started healing.
