7 patients of microbiologically proven Ocular Microsporidiosis (from September 2015 to January 2016) were studied. 6 were males and 1 female. The mean age was 28.28 ± 8.07 years (17-42 years). All patients had unilateral keratoconjunctivitis with papillary and follicular conjunctival reaction along with superficial raised corneal epithelial lesions. All were immunocompetent. 3 had recent exposure to swimming pool and 3 had received topical steroids from outside. Patients were treated with voriconazole for 4 weeks. Lesions started improving after a period of 2-7 days and disappeared in 6 patients after 10-15 days. One patient had residual superficial corneal opacity.
