During this study 100 patients suffering from various ocular conditions were considered Material and methods All the patients were administered ranibizumab intravitrealy under aseptic precautions in operation theatre their were 55 patients of diabetic retinopathy , 30 patients of various types of armd and 15 patients of retinal vein occlusion .Informed consent was obtained from all the patients and all the postoperative complications were detailed to the patients . Observation Their were 65 females and 55 males All the patients were routinely subjected to spectral domain Oct before injections and one week two weeks and one month after injections , patients were examined within six hours of injections routinely any retinal complications and other complications Post injection 1 patient developed endopthalmitis 65 patient complained of heavynes at the site of injection mainly Results There was improvement in visual acuity in 63%patients , macula thickness reduced in 78% patient
