43 years old male presented with sudden diminution of vision in the right eye since 10 days. There was history of blurring of vision in the right eye since 10 year following penetrating injury with bamboo stick. Visual acuity in the right was hand movement close to face and no glow on retinoscopy. Anterior chamber was shallow in the affected eye with dislocated cataractous lens in the AC and iris bombe. Intraocular pressure was 36 mmHg. Fundus could not be examined due to media opacity. Lens extraction with scleral fixated intraocular lens implantation under local anaesthesia for the right eye was performed the same day Postoperative period was uneventful. Intra ocular pressure, visual outcomes and fundus findings will be discussed.
