In this retrospective case series we present four cases of VKH on long term follow up.they were evaluated with clinical , ophthalmological and laboratory examinations. There response to steroids was evaluated. Eventually few were shifted to other immunosuppressants and have been on long term follow up now with late complications of secondary angle closure glaucoma and cataract. These case reports bring forward the long term outcomes of managing such cases.
