Diagnosed as a case of primary open angle glaucoma and advised detailed evaluation elsewhere, and reported to our center for the same. Best corrected visual acuity 20/20 both eyes. Pupils: Briskly reacting. Intra Ocular Pressure: 25 and 27 mm of Hg( Diurnal variation: 20-27 in right eye and 18-27 mm of Hg in left eye). Gonioscopy: Open Angles. Fundus: Mild temporal pallor on optic disc. Rest was unremarkable. Visual fields: Bilateral hemianopia. MRI Brain and orbit revealed pituitary macro adenoma.
