FP834 : 8 Years Follow-Up of A Case of U/L Congenital Ectropion Uveae with Developmental Glaucoma and Ptosis

Purpose: To study the incidence of glaucoma associated with uveitis in a tertiary eye care centre.

Methods: All patients attending the Uveitis Out Patient Department from 1st jan 2012 to 31st dec 2013 were retrospectively analysed. Patients who developed high Intra Ocular Pressure (>21 mmHg by Applanation Tonometry {AT}) during the course of uveitis treatment were included. All patients underwent Slit Lamp Examination, AT, gonioscopy, Optic Nerve Head evaluation with 90D/78D, fundus examination and visual fields where ever required. Cause of high IOP was established on the basis of history, clinical findings including gonioscopy and response to treatment. Patients were categorized into subgroups, namely, steroid responders, hypertensive uveitis/trabeculitis and secondary angle closure glaucoma (with pupillary block and/or synechial closure).
