Purpose:To report an extremely unusual finding.
Methods:A 35years old female patient came with complaints of poor vision, headache and eyestrain in the right eye. On examination patient had vision of counting finger at 1 meter in right eye with inferior iris coloboma and left eye was within normal limits. After dilatation patient underwent refraction, fundus which rerouted the patient for fundus fluorescein angiography.
Results:Fundus examinatin of the right eye showed large choroidal coloboma involving disc and macula ; Ida Mann classification 1 and 3. Also vessels seemed anomalously arising from two sites, so fundus fluorescein angiography lead us to an unusual finding and conclusion.
Conclusion: Patient’s right eye on fundus fluorescein angiography showed congenital vessels anomalously arising from two sites with anomalous connections. Thus the diagnosis of “TWO DISCS” , one normal and the other satellite disc was made.
