This course is directed towards topics which are not discussed in conferences in detail but ophthalmologists do require knowledge as they encounter patients in day to day management. Invariably, it happens, that when a patient comes with either MRI or CT scan of orbit, we only go through the report and not the scan lm. This course unfolds the basics of imaging technique which are essential for the assessment and management of a wide variety of pathologic processes involving facial, orbital, and intracranial structures. The course is designed to help the practicing ophthalmologists to understand the basic technical aspects of interpretation of these scans. After the course the attendees will be able to read and interpret the MRI, CT and USG of orbit.
