IC363 – IMAGING IN UVEITIS

Dr. Padmamalini Mahendradas [M10328] – Bangalore

Imaging techniques have revolutionized the diagnosis and management of uveitis which includes ultrasound biomicroscopy, B scan ultrasonography, Fundus fluorescein angiography, Indocyanine angiography and Optical coherence tomography. Newer diagnostic imaging techniques such as Optical coherence tomography Angiography, confocal microscopy and Adaptive optics are helping us to understand the disease pathology in depth. Our course will highlight the different modalities of imaging techniques with case examples for better understanding of the disease mechanisms which will help us to plan appropriate management.
