There are many new techniques evolved to perform scleral fixation of secondary IOL in recent past. It is mandatory to have scleral flap, sclerotomies along with conjunctival dissection as well. Although it has further made sutureless by using the glue as fixation medium. In my technique I have neither performed any conjunctival, scleral flaps nor used any glue. With the help of trocar cannula 23G sclerotomies were performed and Ant. Vitrectomy was done. Plate haptic foldable IOL was tied with 10-0 prolene suture at both ends of haptics in round fashion. Foldable IOL was introduced in the post. Chamber through 2.8 mm clear corneal incision & suture were brought outside 23G sclerotomies at opposite ends & tied after removing trocar cannulas. Conjunctiva was slided to overlap them. This flapless, glueless & miniinvasive technique has promising surgical outcome & revolutionized our approach towards scleral fixation of secondary IOL
