Trivial procedures are often expected not to have catastrophic complications but it can be otherwise. We came across one such case of a full thickness scleral melt following TSCPC (Trans-scleral cyclo-photocoagulation) done for uncontrolled glaucoma secondary to vitrectomy with silicon oil injection. This video demonstrates how we took a fresh scleral tissue from the eye bank & sutured it meticulously with multiple interrupted 6-0 vicryl sutures. Burial of knots was intentionally avoided to prevent cheese wiring of sutures. Amniotic membrane graft & conjunctival auto-graft fashioned from superior limbus were taken and secured over scleral graft with help of fibrin glue ensuring the wound to be watertight, facilitating a potential visual rehabilitation to the deranged eye. Tectonic resurrection of this case in particular was compounded by presence of continuous oozing of silicon oil & presence of necrotic tissue in vicinity. Cheese wiring of sutures was a real threat while repairing & grafting. Thus, utmost care needs to be taken
