Aim: To demonstrate how to do phaco in small pupil without iris hooks. Methods: Three different types of patients will be shown where pupil was small and phaco could be done even without using iris hooks.
Results: all the patients could be managed successfully. Conclusion: Sometimes perop pupil constricts or we may not have hooks in OT, in these tricky situations also phaco can be performed successfully.
