Scleral melting is a devastating complication of Mitomycin C augmented trabeculectomies. We present a novel technique to manage such cases with a combination of graft materials with good post operative results. In our case we were presented with a patient 2 weeks post trabeculectomy with flat anterior chamber, high IOP and visible scleral melt under the bleb. We managed the case using a combination of amniotic membrane, scleral allograft, conjunctival advancement flap and another layer of amniotic membrane. There were no patch related post operative complications in the follow up period.
