Stevens Johnson Syndrome is a rare and acute blistering disorder of the skin and mucous membranes which is known to result in devastating sequelae due to the relentless inflammation. This video describes the clinical features as well as the various management options for the ocular manifestations of Acute as well as Chronic Stevens Johnson syndrome. It highlights the importance of timely intervention and a comprehensive approach to combat this condition. Various surgical and non surgical options such as amniotic membrane grafting , use of scleral lenses , lid and ocular surface mucous membrane grafting and keratoprosthesis are described in detail. The video also describes the journey of our patients and how a holistic approach can bring about a remarkable change in their live. The objective of the video is to share our experiences in managing this condition and to provide information to the general ophthalmologist regarding the various options that can be offered to these patients.
