A video case presentation 62 years old female,referred to us with history of attempted cataract procedure and iatrogenic Descemetorhexis substituting capsulotomy.The excised DM-Endothelial complex was sent alongwith in BSS,the next day She presented with diffused corneal oedema,in whom a challenging capsulorhexis and successful phacoemulsification with IOL implantation was done, Descemet’s remnants were removed A successful Pre Descemet’s endothelial keratoplasty (PDEK) was done with challenges and difficulties owing to hazy cornea with endoilluminator assistance which would be shown Post operative recovery with clear cornea and improved vision and happiness to the patient is video presented
