Aim: Sharing my knowledge regarding emulsification of posterior polar cataract

MATERIALS AND METHOD : Learning from a 65 yr old patient with BE Posterior polar cataract . During the emulsification of 1st eye , rotation of the nucleus in a hard posterior polar cataract had led to pupil snap sign and ignoring it i went ahead with emulsification and i have shown the posterior capsule tear due these manuvers and how i managed it , the 2nd part of the video i have shown all that i have learnt from the 1st eye and how i avoided all unwanted steps and did a successfull in the bag implantation of the foldable iol
