Lymphoid tumors are the most common primary orbital malignancy constituting approximately 10% of all orbital tumors and 40 to 60% of lymphoproliferative disease in the orbit. Majority of orbital lymphomas are non-Hodgkin’s type and are seen primarily in adults in the 50- to 70-year age group. Orbital lymphomas are usually unilateral but may involve both orbits and demonstrate a predilection for the lacrimal gland. This presentation intends to emphasize unusual presentations of orbital lymphomas in a retrospective case series. At times, orbital lymphoma may simulate other disorders like long standing pleomorphic adenoma and preseptal abscess among others that will be discussed in the presentation. A review of literature with unusual presentations of orbital lymphoma is also presented. A brief overview of management of such cases is also discussed in this paper.
