- Bi- headed Pterygium
Conclusion
- Motorized diamond burr is an excellent tool for polishing of the cornea during primary Pterygium excision
- Lesser intraopeartive time, early visual recovery, less corneal scar in post operative period are the inherent advantages of diamond burr polishing
