Corneal Transplant surgeries are sometimes full of challanges and unpredictable Intraoperative Surgical surprises. This video shows Challenging case of Glued Intrascleral Fixation of IOL with Penetrating Keratoplasty in totally opaque Cornea and Keratoprosthesis combined with Phacoemulsification in totally vascularised Cornea with Surface Disorder. DALK combined with phaco emulsification in challenging case of post infection corneal opacity. All cases were done at Nigeria. Lack of awareness of Eye donation and limited Surgical expertise in most of the Hospitals at Nigeria makes patients to come to Tertiary Eye Care Hospital in very complicated and advanced Disease. This video shows some Surgical Tips to combat Intraoperative difficulties in such Complicated cases.
