PURPOSE  : TO SEE THE CORRELATION OF CCT WITH ACV, ACD, CV AND APEX CT IN NORMAL ADULT INDIAN POPULATION.

METHOD : The study included 250 normal subjects in the age group of 19 to 50 years of both sexes without any ocular pathology over a period of one year. The mean age of subjects was 34.16 ± 8.319 years. There were 111 female subjects and 139 male subjects .The anterior segment parameters recorded by Pentacam were CCT, TCT, Apex CT, K max, CV, ACD, ACV, ACA, WW and PD.

RESULTS : The mean values of anterior segment parameters were CCT 542.7 ± 26.87 micro m, ACV 164±27.75 cubic mm, ACD 3.188 ± 0.3551 mm ,CV 61.67 ± 4.051 cubic mm and , APEX CT 542.9 ± 26.82 micro m.

CONCLUSION : When CCT was correlated with ACV, it was found significant statistically. Similarly when CCT was correlated with CV and apex CT it was found highly significant. But when CCT was compared with ACD it was found insignificant statistically.
