In delayed cases, Gram positive bacteria and fungi were the main culprit. Most cases weremanaged with vitrectomies and intravitreal antibiotics(46.6% cases).Despite proper treatment andaggressive use of antibiotics visual outcome after endophthalmitis was generally poor.
